Useful software should feel clear from the first screen. It should explain what it needs, provide feedback when work is happening, and respect the person using it.
How we work
We start with a narrow problem, test on real devices, and improve the details that shape trust: permission timing, error recovery, accessibility, performance and honest product language.
Where we are going
Nova Switch is the first Ubayra Labs product. Future products will have different purposes, but the same standard: useful first, privacy considered, and carefully built.
