Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Ubayra Labs website and Ubayra Labs products, including Nova Switch. By using a product, you agree to use it lawfully and only with devices and data you are authorized to access.

Permitted use

You may use Ubayra Labs products for personal or otherwise authorized purposes. You must not use them to access, copy, interfere with or transfer another person’s device or data without permission.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing selected data, confirming the correct sending and receiving devices, keeping appropriate backups and checking the result before deleting data from an old phone.

Android and device limitations

Product behavior may vary by Android version, manufacturer, storage availability, device policy and permissions. Nova Switch cannot access categories Android withholds from ordinary third-party applications.

Pre-release availability

Nova Switch is currently described as coming soon. Features, supported categories and availability may change before the public release. We will not present a store link until a real listing is available.

Intellectual property

Ubayra Labs names, product names, visual identity, website content and original software remain the property of their respective owner. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC; Ubayra Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

No guarantee of uninterrupted operation

We work to make products dependable, but do not promise that every transfer, device combination or service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and discontinuation

We may update features or these terms as products evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above.
