Information we collect
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, user accounts or contact forms. Ubayra Labs does not directly collect personal information simply because you browse the site.
Hosting information
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like other web hosts, Netlify may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps and security logs to deliver and protect the site. That processing is governed by Netlify’s own privacy terms.
Email support
If you email us, we receive the address you use and any information you include. Email is processed through Google’s Gmail service. We use support messages to respond, diagnose issues and maintain support history. Do not send passwords, pairing codes, private files or other sensitive content.
Retention
Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain product support records, meet legal obligations or protect against abuse. You may ask us to delete support correspondence unless we must retain it for a legitimate legal or security reason.
